Michael D. Noble, O.D.
Dr. Noble started working in the optical industry as an ABO Certified Optician.
Dr. Noble joined the military a few years later. He was awarded the health profession scholarship and attended graduate school through the military to become an optometric physician. He is a veteran of the United States Army with over 20 years in the service. In that time he has earned multiple awards, ran one of the largest optometry departments, and is trained in the diagnosis and management of multiple optometric specialties. He also provides pre and post-operative surgical care, including cataract, LASIK, and glaucoma surgeries.
Dr. Noble is proficient in providing exams in both English and Spanish.
Dr. Noble is committed to providing the highest quality care to his patients; therefore he stays educated on the newest advances in the healthcare industry. He is an active member of the American Optometric Association and Armed Forces Optometric Association. He also spends time working with the wounded warrior project as well as being an active member of his local church.
Dr. Noble also enjoys sports, traveling, and hiking on the weekends.
Erick Auyoung, O.D.
Attentive and helpful, Dr. Erick Auyoung tailors his exams and prescriptions to match each patient’s individual needs, and effectively communicates with his patients to make sure they have all their concerns addressed and questions answered.
He strives for all of his patients to understand their own eye health and to be involved in formulating their own treatment plan. Dr. Auyoung recognizes that what works for one patient does not necessarily work for someone else, from choosing the best types of glasses or contact lenses for each patient’s unique work or lifestyle requirements, to going over the advantages and disadvantages of treatments that could include additional health testing, eye drops, or even surgery.
His particular interests are in primary eye care, geriatrics, and ocular disease co-management.
He received his Bachelor’s degree in Molecular and Cell Biology, with Neurobiology Emphasis, from the University of California at Berkeley and obtained his Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry in Boston. He was previously a civilian optometrist on base at Fort Lewis and McChord AFB. In his spare time, Dr. Auyoung enjoys writing, following up on current events, taking road trips, and attending hockey games.
